Food was great but the server was somewhere else. He forgot to put in part of our order. Appetizers came out at the same time as the meal because the server forgot about them.

My server Paige was amazing, the food was delicious! We also got to chat with the manager for a few, she was very kind and helpful! We will be back! This was the best restaurant experience we had in a long time , we will be back!

My family and I have been going to this location for many years, and tonight's experience was one of the best we've ever had. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. My grandpa couldn't stop raving about his meal as we left, and we all agreed. My steak, fries, and broccoli were fantastic, and the rest of the family's dishes were equally impressive. We have always appreciated how O'Charley's treats us here and tonight was no exception.

Went for lunch. It wasn't very busy so the noise was low, just how I like it. However, our server Jerry was excellent. Very attentive, kept up with refills, clearing the table etc. Very positive attitude and great! I noticed he was the only server. Please give him a raise!

Your waiter David is one of the best waiters or waitresses I have ever experienced!!! He made our visit to the Cold Springs O'Charley's reassure us that there are truly some young people that want to work and definitely know what excellent service means. We even told the manager how we felt about him. I wish him luck in his future and hope for his success!!! Thank You!!! David

The BEST Tilapia I have ever had!! Clean restaurant and friendly staff. We would definitely go here again. Mom had the Baby Back Ribs and loved them.

Stopped in at O’Charley’s in Cold Spring and had a fantastic experience! The restaurant was super clean and well-kept, which made a great first impression. The male bartender (didn’t catch his name) was absolutely awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. The food was delicious too—everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. Definitely planning to return soon.
